The villa was finished in 2021 in a typically Piedmontese style covered outside with Langhe stone. Internally some of the walls are also covered with the stones, to give a rustic rural atmosphere.
The villa is placed on a sunny plateau, with an amazing view over the mountains. There is plenty of space around the house at the 53.000 m2 property. As the house is placed in a nature park, there is wildlife, including eagles and boars. There are also plenty of walking and biking trials.
Indoor
At ground floor there is a large kitchen-dining area with space for 12 persons around the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with Ilve gas stove, two washing machines, two refrigerators and freezer, wine cooler, ice cube machine, micro oven, mixers etc. You have plenty of opportunities to cook the lovely Italien dishes. In connection to the dinning area there is also our wine room, with possibility to buy some of the local wines from Piemonte’s winegrowers.
At the end of the kitchen-dining area there is a wood stove. If needed there is also heating in all rooms.
Next to the kitchen-dining room is the living room, with relaxing furnitures and TV.
At ground floor you will also find one double bedroom with own bath room, and also a toilet with access from the kitchen-dining area.
At first floor there are five double bedrooms, all with own bath and toilet and, wardrobe, and hairdryer. From two of the rooms there are access to a balcony. From all the rooms there is a fantastic view over the area. There is also a technical room with washing machine, dryer, kids cot and high chair.
Outdoor
Outside there is two terraces facing east and south, and in a connection with the outdoor kitchen a covered terrace with dining table for 12 persons. Around the pool there are sunbeds and parasols.
If you want you can play petanque or make a fire at the fireplace.
